After a session at the park, we had some sun left before calling it a day and this is one spot I had been considering riding for a while. It used to be a miniature golf course but the carpets have been worn and ripped out.
Leading to this is a 5 feet runway, that's hardly any time to set up for a trick but with the sunset, I just had to try a few. No complies, flips to fakie and as seen here a simple frontside 180. This was a perfect time to teach my girlfriend more about flash photography. I set up this shot with two flashes. A 580ex on camera flash which was used as a fill and a 420ex off camera to the right side of the frame. It was exposed for the sunset at -1.5 stops.  I know you weren't quite sure about this one... but I really like the trick, and the sunset make it quite esthetical.

Critiques
My only official complaint is that you didn't offer up a larger view of the piece. I would have loved a closer look at it! Very nice balance of clarity from the skateboarder, to his surrounds, to the sky itself. Kudos.
